Our diverse Melbourne-based Building Services Team are currently looking for an Team Lead – Building Services to operate across a diverse portfolio, assisting with the design and delivery of projects across; Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Civil Infrastructure, Defence, Commercial and Community/Leisure projects across the State.
What will a day in this role look like:
- Manage a team of multidisciplinary Building Services engineers across several different market sectors to help them develop professionally by guiding, managing, mentoring members within your team.
- Work with other Team Leads within the division to collaborate on projects including strategic project planning, resource planning and utilisation.
- Using your experience in the Building Services Consultancy work – lead major projects and interact with clients on various projects.
- Use your commercial acumen and business analysis skills to interpret and understand complex financial systems and reports across the wider operational business and on specific projects.
