AddressCHEP NETWORK IS LOOKING FOR THE NEW BREED OF ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
We are looking for an Account Director with solid digital media experience to join our team. This person will work across a key growth client for overseeing channel planning and collaborate with clients at a strategic level.

Responsibilities
- Development and ownership of briefs, timelines and estimates across media campaigns, with a focus on digital activity channels (Programmatic, Performance including Paid Social and Paid Search).
- Identify goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets for any given project, with a focus on media.
- Independently lead and make decisions that balance the needs of the client with internal goals and teams
- Inspiring the agency teams to do their best work
- Negotiate statements of work and estimates
- Manage overall job P&L
- Collaborate with New Business to actively pursue new clients and revenue sources.
HOW WE WILL KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE
Capabilities
- An experienced Account Director with 5+ years experience working in an integrated, digital or media agency environment.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in the media industry, with a focus on digital channels – Display, Video, Programmatic, Paid Social & Paid Search.
- A thorough understanding of digital planning/buying platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360 etc.
- Experience delivering both digital and traditional investment media briefs (Print, TV & Radio)
