Are you a digital advertising guru with a passion for TikTok trends? We're on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and take our campaigns to new heights!
The ROLE:
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives to ensure maximum brand visibility, quality impressions, engagement and increase in sales for all channels (ie. Wholesale, Amazon, e-commerce, distribution)
- Ad Creatives and Copywriting: Collaborate with the EHP brand team to produce eye-catching ad content that resonates with the TikTok audience, inline with current TikTok trends adhering to the platform's best practices. You will also be responsible for creative assets rolled out across FB, IG & YouTube.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the brands advertising budgets across multiple campaigns to achieve optimal results and ROI for wholesale, Amazon, e-commerce & distribution
- Audience Targeting: Utilise TikTok & Meta’s GEO ad targeting & consumer behaviour options to reach specific demographics, ensuring campaigns are reaching the right audience for maximum impact and business outcomes for growth of retail performance, as well as e-comm and Amazon.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing daily insightful reports and recommendations for optimisation to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay Updated on TikTok Trends: Keep up to date on the latest TikTok trends, features, and algorithm updates to leverage opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, influencers, Athletes, e-commerce managers & sales leads to align strategies and maximise campaign success.
- Monthly TikTok Webinars: Attending monthly TikTok Webinars and training sessions to ensure you stay up to date with the latest tools on the platform.
Must have the following:
- Proven experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns with a track record of successful outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok's ad platform, features, and algorithm.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Exceptional creativity and an eye for compelling visual content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with broader digital marketing channels
