You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on end to end Paid Media Campaigns across Online (Paid Social, Google Ads) + Offline (OOH, TV, Radio) channels while managing multi million dollar budgets.
Responsibilities
- Support in executing paid media strategies across national campaigns and always on marketing activities.
- Work closely with paid media agency to plan, prepare and manage the publication, optimisation and amplification of marketing and campaign assets, across all media.
- Analyse the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare ongoing reports with actionable insights.
- Support your team to prepare end of campaign impact reports.
- Analyse real time marketing data to recommend and action timely optimisations of campaign activities.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of publishers, partners and platforms, aligning marketing channel selection with the right audience, at the right time.
- Critically review marketing copy for use across multiple channels, demonstrating deep understanding of differing and diverse audience and channels requirements.
- Support across all paid media agency management, including ensuring timely delivery against agreed targets.
- Help manage and execute TTL campaigns across TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Search and Social.
- 2+ years experience in a similar campaign role working across TTL campaigns across TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Search, Google Ads and Social.
- Evidence of supporting implementation of through-the-line marketing strategies
- Experience of coordinating media agencies, as well as other third-party suppliers
- A proven track record within Paid Social, Programmatic, DV360, etc.
- Solid understanding of Google tools: Google Ads (Search, display and re-marketing), Google Analytics, and reporting
- Demonstrable ability to analyse the impact of marketing campaigns, present on performance and action insights
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Strong knowledge of the Australian media publisher landscape, and ability to apply that knowledge to audience first strategies
- Solid stakeholder engagement experience – able to capture and apply feedback from a large number of internal and external stakeholders, and provide ongoing, valuable and timely information as to the status of paid media activities – including formalised reports
