About the role
Join a vibrant, high performing team within the successful NSW Sales Team. This role will see your contribution directly supporting the team responsible for Are Media’s number one key account as well as support an agency team to bring their campaigns to life across our mastheads.
You will work very closely with senior key stakeholders internally and externally. You will gain experience across Are Media's omni-channel network, working predominantly across the print and digital arms of the business, engaging with and working alongside teams in production, content, creative, editorial and operations to carry out day to day tasks.
You will report to the Key Account Manager, while supporting the creative team, and an agency team, as well as the wider sales team when called upon. Your support directly enables us to deliver successful campaign implementation across our brands for our key client as well as agency clients.
Duties
- Liaise with clients and agencies to ensure timely delivery of material and assets to execute campaigns on time, developing relationships with key contacts.
- Manage campaigns via internal stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery across production, creative and ad ops, learning how different arms of the business work.
- Support Key Account Manager, with day-to-day tasks, along with Group Business Director and Account Managers
- Support Key Account Manager, Group Business Director and Account Managers with various systems including research and ad booking/management system, AdPoint.
- Prepare post campaign analysis reports for clients and agencies: assist in preparing sales collateral and proposals where required.
Skills and experience:
- Highly organised and efficient with a good attention to detail
- Time management experience
- Relationship building skills, key when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Multi-tasker, to manage several campaigns on the go at once
- PowerPoint skills for post campaign report development.
