Neuralia TMS is a vibrant multi-site private TMS Clinic with our headquarters soon to be in Como.
About the Role:
Due to our expansion and July move to Como we have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join our team.
We have 3 positions available:
2 Administrative Roles - Fulltime
1 Patient Liaison Role - Fulltime
They are all preferably Fulltime roles, however we may be flexible with part-time for the right candidate. We are offering a flexible schedule with a mix of 10 am - 6 pm and 9 am - 5 pm shifts.
Role - Admin Roles
• Overseeing the administrative aspects of our TMS and psychiatry services.
• Responding promptly to telephone inquiries with a friendly and informative approach.
• Efficiently managing multiple clinics, from appointment scheduling to follow-up, ensuring a seamless patient journey.
• Skillfully handling various payment methods such as Eftpos, E-commerce, DVA/Medicare payments, and managing debt.
• Coordinating clinic calendars across different locations for effective scheduling and organization.
• Demonstrating keen attention to detail and adherence to established processes and procedures.
Role - Patient Liaison
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries
- Managing communication between patients and the clinic.
- Scheduling appointments, answering queries, and providing pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Working with our CRM to deliver KPI's and date reports
- Please note there may be some crossover with Admin role description.
