About the opportunity
Intalink Therapy Solutions is looking to appoint a Medical Administration Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis working in Taree.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provides all front desk reception duties
- Schedule appointments and undertake private and Medicare billing
- Assemble data and compile information as directed.
- Produce a variety of correspondence and reports required by the practice
- Organise and expedite the flow of work and initiate any follow-up action.
- File, scan and maintain files.
About the candidate
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
- You are a people person willing to assist with business requests
- Strong MS Office Suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook.
- Strong communication skills (telephone, written and verbal).
- Excellent organisational skills, coupled with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
- Strong planning, time management and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the practice environment.
