Position Summary: As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in providing excellent client service and administrative support, ensuring the effective delivery of health services to our executive client base. Your role involves facilitating executive client bookings for health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our medical centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction with all services offered by Ford Health.
- Maintaining an executive-level experience at our medical centers.
- Efficient medical record management, including data scanning and electronic file distribution.
- Supporting the service delivery team for optimal efficiency.
- Daily administration, invoicing, and operational support to medical and health professionals.
- Excellent communication skills for client bookings and inquiries, directing them professionally to the relevant team members.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in corporate reception, administration, or customer service is highly regarded.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in a specialty medical practice.
- Tertiary studies (ongoing or completed) in health, allied health, medical, or related fields are well-suited.
