About the role:
- Communicate and interact professionally and empathically with the clients/patients, relatives and caregivers, the general public, and health service providers.
- Provide consistent, efficient and high quality customer service as a person of first contact to incoming calls and reception enquiries, ensuring follow through with the customer until completion of service or matter.
- Implement and maintain a well-organised, up to date filing system in accordance with established methods in order to meet privacy and confidentiality obligations.

Manning Hospital is an acute hospital providing a broad range of specialist services to the residents of the Greater Taree, Great Lakes and Gloucester local government areas.
About you:
- Proven and demonstrated experience in a Medical Imaging Department in the provision of excellent administrative support and customer service in a clinical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes as required by the role and directed by Practice Manager.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and processes.
