Medical Imaging, you will lead a highly skilled team of
Medical Imaging technologists, sonographers, nurses and administration officers in providing high quality
Medical Imaging services to clients and clinicians within the BRHS. As an experienced manager and leader, you will have overarching responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the department. You will work with your direct reports to ensure current industry benchmarks and standards are maintained from a clinical governance perspective including the Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme.

Key criteria required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Medical Imaging Technology or other clinical propfession, Business, Health Care Management or equivalent to enable effective management of a Medical Imaging service.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Medical Imaging or Healthcare Management role.
- Demonstrated financial, operational and busines acumen with a basic understanding of operational and commercial management processes. Knowledge of Medicare and private health fund rulings an advantage.
- Proven ability to mentor direct reports, foster the development of management skills and engage and lead a high functioning team of health professionals.
