Services available at this location: General X-ray, Dental X-ray, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional Procedures, Echocardiography (Echo), Cardiac MRI, CT Calcium Score, Advanced Abdominal Imaging.
We provide complimentary onsite undercover parking, ensuring convenience for our patients. Our commitment to efficiency is reflected in shorter wait times, 24-hour report turnaround, and extended operating hours. This dedication to speed, accuracy, and reliability defines our service. Additionally, we support accessibility by offering bulk-billed Medicare-eligible scans for Pensioners and Health Care Card holders.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Site Operations Manager role is accountable for providing excellence in patient care, positive leadership and resource management in a safe and supportive working environment. Responsibilities include:
- Leading by example, support and develop a culture of positive engagement which is based upon Radiology Victoria’s values and expected behaviours
- Working alongside medical leadership to formulate strategy and oversee the operational execution
- To provide high level technical skills, patient care and customer service, enabling the delivery of an exceptional patient experience
- To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the provision of streamlined workflows
- Collaborate and leverage resources and data to drive positive outcomes, operational and financial success for Radiology Victoria – Knox

- Be an experienced people manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while promoting a team player attitude to drive positive culture and morale throughout your department
- Demonstrate a history of excellence, strong work ethic and leading by example in your chosen field
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Be experienced with current radiology best practices and workflows with an emphasis on delivering a highly effective and efficient service
- Have the ability to be highly accountable for assisting in the development of - followed by the effective implementation and monitoring of - operational goals and plans
