We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Commitment to the MDHS Values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Ethical Behaviour.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Medical Imaging Technologist.
- Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience as a Medical Imaging Technologist including significant time at a supervisory level in Medical Imaging.
- Extensive specialised knowledge and performance in one or more modalities.
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff, overseeing quality assurance programs, radiation safety requirements.
- Demonstrated communication and human resources experience to lead and manage a large department.
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills to empower and support staff to perform the duties required of them to provide best patient care.
