About The Opportunity

As a Medical / Ophthalmic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic and be the first point of contact for patients. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and ensuring their comfort
• Taking patients' medical history
• Answering calls and assisting with general administrative tasks
• Taking digital photos and putting in eye drops as required
• Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Assisting the doctor in day-to-day clinic work and surgery
  

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Prior medical experience (desirable)
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of professional presentation

You will also have:

• A friendly and approachable demeanour
• The ability to multitask and prioritise a range of tasks
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
