Remuneration: $91,706.16 per annum (inclusive of 10.5% superannuation)

The Role:

Responsibilities:
· Maintain the highest ethical standards, confidentiality, and dignity for our patients and clinicians.
· Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
· Manage operations with the flexibility to perform your role remotely, including patient scheduling, billing, and clinician coordination.
· Promote a compassionate culture, providing support and professional development for patients and clinicians, both on-site and virtually.
· Develop administrative systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and service quality from any location.
· Engage in general administrative duties as needed, demonstrating a willingness to step in and contribute to all aspects of practice management.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and telehealth guidelines, staying current with changes in the legal and technological landscape.
· Act as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and other healthcare partners to ensure a seamless service experience.
· Monitor and manage the clinic's financial performance, including budgeting and financial reporting, to support the sustainability and growth of the practice.

Requirements:
ACT residency with the capability for remote work and occasional on-site meetings.
Over 3 years in Medical Practice administration.
At least 1 year of Medical Practice management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and comfort in a technology-driven environment.
Benefits:
Competitive salary of $91,706.16 per annum (inclusive of superannuation)
Full-time, 38 hours per week (7.6 hours per day with an unpaid lunch break, 5 days a week), no weekend work required.
