Specialist Medical Practice is seeking a full time Practice Manager join our boutique team. The successful applicant must be well presented and have a positive and professional attitude towards assisting our patients.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)
- Greeting patients.
- Practice accounts and invoicing.
- Scheduling patient bookings with hospitals, imaging and other stakeholders.
- General phone enquires.
- General medical administration including typing medical correspondence.
- Assist with minor medical procedures.
Skills
- Exceptional phone manner.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Report to the director.
