Allied Health Receptionist - Part time permanent
Physiotherapy and Psychology Practice
Located Helena Valley
We are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist with exceptional
computing skills and strong attention to detail, to be an active member of our
small team at Scott St Physiotherapy/Psychology. We are a well established
centre in the foothills of Perth.
5 shifts Monday - Friday.
Shifts 9am-1.15pm and 1.45pm-5.15pm.
Be able to cover for sick and holiday leave.
Duties include but not limited to:
Previous Medical/Allied Health practice experience preferred (physio, chiro,
medical centre etc. - including an in depth understanding of HICAPS,
Medicare, Workcover, DVA and NDIS).
The ability to work autonomously and are capable of following directions.
Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Diary management including scheduling appointments.
Accurate and effective handover and communication to Admin & Physio/
Psych teams.
Understanding of ethics & patient confidentially

Receptive to feedback.
Proven accuracy and a love for assisting people.
Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring and helpful manner, so that
they feel welcome and comfortable.
You have an obsession with details, remembering client’s names, and
making every client feel like somebody.
Cleanliness will be your top priority. You love keeping the environment clean,
crisp and in order. You are a whiz with the broom/duster/vacuum and have a keen eye for detail in all aspects of clinic maintenance.
Ability to quickly learn new software packages and processes.
