Successful applicant must be professional in presentation and have a good work ethic. Available to work both Practices. Time efficiency is of upmost importance. You will need to be able to work Automosly, However will predominately will be working within Administrative team.
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO ADAPT TO DIFFERENT SITUATIONS QUICKLY.
About the RoleRostering of Staff.
Help and Co-ordinate Staff.
Conduct the induction, training and ongoing supervision and assessment of new receptionists.
Assist at front desk with patients and complaints.
Be responsible for helping to triage of sick patients.
Supervise reception in respect to phone manner, professionalism, confidentiality requirements
Train and ensure all receptionists are up to date and complying with Medical Centre policies.
Supervise and manage Best Practice Diary.
