Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a supportive environment and enjoys interacting with people in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment system.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide accurate information about the clinic’s services.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Support the clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, appointment scheduling software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including mornings and afternoons.
