AddressAdvocate Medical Group is a committed & innovative group of boutique general practices. We have general practitioners, registered nurses and various allied health staff, with locations in Box Hill, Endeavour Hills, Frankston South and Pakenham.
We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the ambassador of our company's first impressions on patients and visitors. The position requires you to work primarily at our Endeavour Hills Clinic. This role is supported by a friendly Practice Manager who is committed to growing the team and furthering your experience. Our culture requires us to hire passionate team members who have a genuine interest in healthcare outcomes of our patients. It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet and assist patients while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
You will have aptitude to understand the complex healthcare system, be willing to be up-skilled on the job or through supported training opportunities externally. We utilise technology heavily within the practice so you will have the competency to juggle the various systems and processes.

- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, fax/scanners, EFTPOS.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Best Practice, Hot Docs, Polar preferable.
