About the role
Avenue Aesthetic Surgery is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Personal Assistant of our CEO, this casual role will include the following admin support and reception tasks. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Greet patients at front desk
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Book appointments in our practice management software Cliniko
- Order office supplies for the practice
- Take and receipt payments
Skills and experience
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
Benefits on offer
- Earn $30 per hour
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexible on which days you choose to work
