OSH Group are a busy provider of General Medical and Occupational Medicine services to the resources and industrial sector. To be suited to this role you need to enjoy working within a small team environment and demonstrate your outstanding customer service skills.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service to our patients and clients, as well as liaising with staff in other locations.
Role includes:
- Support technical and clinical staff
- Answering of telephone calls
- Handling consultant and client queries
- Liaising with the medical team
- Booking appointments via telephone and email
- Follow up contact with patients and invoicing
The Candidate:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Interest or knowledge of corporate health services
- Well-developed communication skills
- High focus on customer service, friendly and welcoming
- Must be highly organised
- Moderate computer literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel and MYOB
- Has attention to detail
Casual hours negotiable. Rate dependent on experience, parking available
