Medical Receptionist (Contact Centre)

Radiology SA (RSA) is a privately owned, Adelaide-based radiology practice, run by radiologists and nuclear medicine specialists for the medical community. With a long history, the Practice currently runs twelve sites in the metropolitan area which are conveniently located both North and South of the city, as well as centrally in North Adelaide.  We have both outpatient clinics and clinics within some of Adelaide’s busiest Private Hospitals.  We offer the full range of Medical Imaging and procedures to outpatients and inpatients.

Committed to providing knowledgeable and professional imaging services that support the best possible outcomes for patients, we are currently looking for a number of exceptional candidates to join our Contact Centre team in the role of Medical Receptionist. 

We are able to offer flexibility to our Contact Centre team to work from either the Kent Town head office, or from our Salisbury clinic. 

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will primarily be responsible for:

• Answering calls in the customer phone queue.
• Making patient bookings and ensuring that patients are provided all relevant information pertaining to their specific examination.
• Registering patient information and ensuring currency for existing patients.
• Other administrative duties.

The Medical Receptionist role is critical to supporting the business drive its customer service vision, and as a result we are looking for candidates that can join the team to deliver services with kindness, empathy and respect. In addition, to be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:

• Great organisational skills matched with the required typing skills.
• Working with Children Check.
