Connected Cardiology is a dynamic and growing private practice, supporting heart health in the Goulburn Valley and delivering patient-centred care with respect and compassion. Our team operates from the Shepparton Regional Hub, providing face-to-face consultations, supporting telehealth and a wide range of cardiac testing, including outreach services. These services are supported by an experienced team of cardiologists, reception staff, nurses and sonographers. We recognise the contribution that every staff member makes to the support we provide to our patients and to our positive team culture. We focus on supporting everyone on our team to develop professionally, and to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.

Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in primary care, specialist medical or surgical practice desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with practice management software
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering patient enquiries, making appointment bookings
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Preparing clinic lists, ensuring referrals and client details are up to date
- Ensuring patient confidentiality
- Demonstrating excellent time management skills and ability to take initiative to troubleshoot issues
