We are small family owned and managed Private GP Practice located in the beautiful beachside town of Brunswick Heads NSW. The practice emphasizes personalised health care to our clients over fast-paced medicine. Our clinical and administrative staff work as a cohesive team where it is a pleasure to come to work.
The position is:
- Permanent Part Time
- Approximately 18 hours per week, over three days
- Some flexibility to cover staff leave at short notice and cover for annual leave when required.
- Paid at above award wages.
*Medical Reception Experience is not necessary as we are prepared to train the right enthusiastic person to become part of our team.
We require someone who:
- Has the right disposition to be the first point of contact for patients.
- Can work autonomously in the daily operations and processes of the front desk as part of a small cohesive administration team supporting a small team of GPs.
- Has a professional phone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Has a friendly happy personality to provide a genuine outstanding service to our patient clientele.
- Can problem solve and think on your feet when required.
- Has the ability to work in what is sometimes a fast paced, multi-tasking demanding role.
- Can take direction from management and be able to prioritize demanding aspects of this workload as they occur.
