Form of workWe are small family owned and managed Private GP Practice located in the beautiful beachside town of Brunswick Heads NSW. The practice emphasizes personalised health care to our clients over fast-paced medicine. Our clinical and administrative staff work as a cohesive team where it is a pleasure to come to work.
The position is:
- Permanent Part Time
- Approximately 18 hours per week, over three days
- Some flexibility to cover staff leave at short notice and cover for annual leave when required.
- Paid at above award wages.
*Medical Reception Experience is not necessary as we are prepared to train the right enthusiastic person to become part of our team.
We require someone who:
- Has the right disposition to be the first point of contact for patients.
- Can work autonomously in the daily operations and processes of the front desk as part of a small cohesive administration team supporting a small team of GPs.
- Has a professional phone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Has a friendly happy personality to provide a genuine outstanding service to our patient clientele.
- Can problem solve and think on your feet when required.
- Has the ability to work in what is sometimes a fast paced, multi-tasking demanding role.
- Can take direction from management and be able to prioritize demanding aspects of this workload as they occur.
