About the role
SunDoctors is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to assist our busy thriving clinic at Pottsville.
This role will be casual and offer up to 3 days per week with the potential for more work in the future as the clinic grows.
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Owning the front desk reception and greeting all patients
- Addressing patient enquiries in person or over the phone
- Efficient management of patient data, appointments and procedures
- Accurate processing of patients’ invoices
You will have:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a receptionist in a customer service capacity required (healthcare experience highly advantageous but not essential)
- Knowledge and experience using Best Practice software highly advantageous
- Understanding of Medicare preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professionally presented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- An energetic and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Available to work flexible hours
