AddressWe are looking for an enthusiastic customer focused Medical Receptionist with highly effective communication and coordination skills. You will be extremely detail oriented, highly organised and proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills are essential and knowledge of Best Practice medical software will be highly regarded.
Our operating hours are 7:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 1:30pm Saturday and 8:30am - 4:30pm Sunday. The position is casual with various days available but would include some weekend shifts. This would suit someone with flexibility.
Duties will include providing high level customer service, appointment booking, billing, account enquiries, scanning and general office administration.
