About Us
We are a specialist ophthalmology practice in Liverpool, looking for a part time medical receptionist to join our friendly team to provide an excellent patient-focused, friendly and empathetic service.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include the following, but not limited to:
- represent our medical practice as first point of contact with highest level of professionalism and empathy
- manage all administrative aspects of patient care
- appointment bookings & billings
- liaise between doctors and patients
- knowledge of medical software preferable
