Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Belconnen & Phillip
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
- Efficiently manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms.
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Empathy and compassion in dealing with patients.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Must have or be able to obtain WWVP.
