Medical Receptionist (Full Time)

In this permanentFull Timerole you will assist with reception, customer service, word processing and database management. You’ll get exposure to the exciting and fast paced healthcare industry.

We are looking to hire a helpful, friendly administrator who can answer the phone, take messages, meet and greet patients, help with correspondence, update the database and perform other general administrative duties.

We’re looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm who has great computer, customer service, communication and organisational skills.

You will need to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good PC skills (Experience with medical software regarded) 
• Corporate presentation
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work as part of a team and support your colleagues.
• A positive attitude and be willing to take ownership in this role.
