Applications are sought from suitably skilled Medical Receptionists/Administrators to work in the Specialist Outpatient/Consulting Suites team at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meet and greet clients, answer phone calls, make and change appointments
- Prepare and maintain waiting, meeting, treatment and counselling rooms in a tidy and presentable condition
- Provide reception and administration duties to both the Consulting Suites and Cancer and Wellness Centre
- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
Qualifications/experience required:
- Experience or strong understanding of Customer Service requirements
- Demonstrated record of meeting customer needs
