Kew Foot Clinic, a reputable podiatrist practice, is seeking an enthusiastic administration staff member to join our dynamic team. We have a supportive and enthusiastic workplace with a culture of success and genuine desire to make a difference in our patient’s health and wellbeing. Work along side three experienced podiatrist and two friendly administration staff.

Role Description:
We are seeking an individual with a welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a flexible attitude to take up the role of Casual Receptionist.
- This position involves providing coverage as needed. Please note that this role does not offer consistent weekly hours.
- Full training will be provided.
- Possibility to develop into more permanent hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, collect and enter client information accurately.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments and manage HiCAPS/Medicare claims efficiently.
- Schedule appointments using PRAC STUDIO & CLINKO, both new and follow-up visits.
- Handle all clinical administration tasks, including scanning, printing, and correspondence.
- Assist in setting up and packing up clinic areas, ensuring tidy and clean spaces.
- Perform general cleaning duties for a well-presented clinic environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferred experience in Allied Health or Medical Clinic Reception.
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clinko software.
- Familiarity with Medicare and Private Health Insurances processes.
