Surgical Specialist practice looking for the right person to join our team. We have a large number of pediatric patients who we care for as well as a wide range of adult patients. We have a caring and supportive team who follow our patients in their journey of treatment and recovery.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous reception experience. Excellent communication and technology skills. Ability to work well within a team or with minimal supervision. Reliable and highly organized. Good phone manner and attention to detail. Typing skills Well-presented and personable.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Establish and maintain patient records and appointments, answer phone calls, make appointments, invoice and receipt patients. Liase with patients, hospitals, anesthetists and allied heath staff with compassion and efficiency. Preparation of surgical equipment for sterilization. Typing of reports.
