We are looking for detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionists to become an integral part of their energetic teams.
As the initial point of contact for patients, you will be vital in establishing a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone. It is important that you have been in this role previously for atleast 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients, visitors, and guests, providing a professional and courteous welcome.
- Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments, surgeries, and consultations.
- Register new patients, verify insurance details, and update patient records accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide helpful information to callers.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and timely appointments.
- Process billing information, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Manage patient accounts, invoicing, and payments, including Medicare and health fund billing.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- *Experienced on Best Practice Software (or similar) essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
