AddressWe are a busy O & G Specialist Practice at Benowa and are seeking a casual experienced MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST who can help our team for at least 2 days a week and has the ability to be available for holiday/sick leave support.
Primary duties include/but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients as they arrive at the Practice.
- Answering phone calls and attending to enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Replying to email enquiries
- Scanning of documents
- Patient invoicing and receipting
- Booking surgical procedures
- Liaising with patients, other health professionals and hospitals
Skills required:
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in Genie medical software is preferred
