About Us:
Pearsall Medical Centre boasts a proficient team of experienced GPs, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals dedicated to upholding exceptional medical standards. Committed to excellence, we seek a dedicated individual to provide exemplary service.
Rostered Hours (Non-negotiable):
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors professionally
- Manage telephone inquiries efficiently
- Schedule and follow up on appointments diligently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas
- Process Medicare billings and payments accurately
- Handle administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
- Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes
- Assist with day-to-day banking and financial record maintenance

- Proficient in computer literacy
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Access to reliable transportation
- Full working rights in Australia
- Familiarity with Best Practice Software preferred
- Previous experience in a General Practice setting desirable
- Current COVID-19 vaccination evidence
- Willingness to undergo mandatory training
