THE ROLEWe are searching for an experienced Medical Typist to join a warm and professional team, assisting with typing an array of GP reports and medical legal letters, within a fast-paced environment. This part-time temporary contract will run for two weeks (three days per week, 8 am to 4 pm).
DUTIES
- Editing and formatting documents and letters
- Dictaphone typing of medical legal reports and GP letters
- Ensuring accuracy and detail within all pieces of work
- Role to be worked on-site at their Inner West location
- Working within a busy and fast-paced department
- Strong previous medical typing experience
- High attention to detail
- Typing speed between 70 - 100 words per minute
- A focused, efficient, and dedicated working attitude
- Excellent access to nearby amenities including cafes and restaurants
- Located in close proximity to public transport
- Competitive pay rate of $33.34 per hour plus super
