About the Role
Working within the Medical Workforce team, you will support the health service to recruit and retain Junior Medical Officers. You will provide timely, factual advice to senior managers and other stakeholders regarding medical recruitment and retention requirements. You will be experienced working with computerised information systems and other software applications including databases and spreadsheets. You will have the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision and be proficient in determining priorities and timeframes to meet required deadlines.
