Access theThe Aviation Capability Group is experiencing significant growth and we are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our Business Capability team as a Workforce and Engagement Coordinator.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workforce and engagement functions and providing support to operational teams to ensure the seamless delivery of day-to-day business operations.Permanent position based in Brisbane.The core capability requirements for this role are:

• Provide high level support and strategic advice to management and staff to ensure effective workforce management, both operationally and legislatively.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes and submissions relating to workforce management activities.

• Develop and maintain key relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support the proactive identification of workforce management requirements.

• Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems, best practices, policies and procedures specific to ACG workforce management functions.

• Coordinate recruitment services including the facilitation of pre and post selection activities,

• Participate in a range of attraction and selection activities including community events, recruitment and career expos to promote ACG.

Highly desirable:

• Qualification in business or human resources desirable but not essential.
