Medical Workforce - Senior Support Officer

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Assist with the development and maintenance of improvement projects to support Medical Workforce unit operational functions, by coordinating and evaluating data, existing processes, and policies to adopt process and system changes.
* Develop and proactively foster effective working relationships with the Medical Workforce team, directorates, specialist consultants and other relevant agencies and individuals, including dealing with sensitive or confidential information in an appropriate manner.
* Assist the Principal Advisor Medical Workforce Unit in the monitoring and review of, policies and procedures, and other functions such as record keeping, briefing notes and business cases.
* Contribute to the development, refinement, implementation and evaluation of the Medical Workforce Unit operational and strategic plans.
Remuneration value up to $110 852 p.a., comprising salary between $88 187 - $97 157 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4).
