AddressOral Surgeon seeking 2 experienced Medical/Dental Receptionists. Full-time Medical/Dental Receptionist for Burwood rooms Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30pm (times can vary) with an occasional half day Saturday and a Part-Time Medical/Dental Receptionist for Parramatta rooms (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00am to 4.00pm (times can vary). Immediate start for both positions. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical/Dental practice, computer literacy, typing skills and interpersonal skills essential.
Daily duties include:
- Greet patients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments; operation bookings and issue associated documentation
- Data processing
- Patient invoicing and payments including Medicare, DVA and Defence transmissions
- Reconciling EFTPOS and banking
- Dictation typing of reports and medical correspondence
- Accounts payable
- General office administration duties
