We are seeking a skilled and energetic Position Title who possess a passion for person centred care. We welcome applications from people who are Manager to include desired experience/attributes.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia2. Full Pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions on scope of practice3. Experience in the provision of clinical pharmacy services and quality improvement activities4. Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and a diverse range of health care providers5. Ability to work independently and show high level initiative and also work as part of a multidisciplinary team and have the skills to build and maintain cooperative relationships6. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills7. Experience in a hospital pharmacy service, within correctional health and/or drug and alcohol services with a thorough understanding of legislative requirements and best practice in these settings
