The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join our Member Service team in the Contact Centre at our Head Office, delivering excellent customer service to the members of The Mutual Bank over the phone.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting members with enquiries over the phone through our Contact Centre platform
- Accurately process member transactions and satisfy member enquiries
- Developing suitable solutions to meet member's banking needs
- Ensuring member accounts, products and services are set up accurately and in a timely and efficient manner
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally
About You:
You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service whilst working in a team environment, along with the following criteria:
- The ability to provide a personalised caring approach to every member.
- Genuine passion for working in a team environment.
- Experience following policy and procedures.
- Attention to detail skills ensuring transactions are accurately completed.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in banking industry (desirable)
- Completed Tier 2 certificate (or willing to complete)
Workdays and hours of this position are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm, and minimum one Saturday shift a month, 8:45am to 12:15pm.
Previous experience in a customer service role will be highly regarded.
