What you'll need to succeed
- Well presented, friendly and efficient with extensive experience in customer management.
- Act as first point of contact with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience in training plan development and co-ordination of presenters.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong diary management skills & Ability to use office applications with advanced proficiency.
- Ability to manage budgets with strong understanding of risk & mutual industry experience.
