In this high profile and critical role, you will be the voice of the business and the member in the transition of our existing brands, products and memberships to the new People First Bank. You will engage, lead and facilitate business outcomes aligned to the implementation of People First Bank’s new goals and partner with Program Directors to ensure resources are allocated as necessary to achieve those goals from start to finish.
Your overall objective will be to ensure this significant transition is executed in a manner that safeguards the member experience and overall banking operations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the voice of member and business is front and centre in delivery of the transition of members to People First Bank through multiple programs of work in line with the Bank’s overall strategy
- Engage with large multidisciplinary, multi-functional teams
- Solve key business challenges with high degrees of complexity
- Influence the management of delivery sources including strategic third parties
About you
You have a proven track record that shows your understanding of the complexities of the member experience through financial services organisations. You’ve demonstrated the ability to successfully champion member and business outcomes through large and complex transformational projects whilst exceeding objectives at a Senior Leader/Program Management level role or similar. You have a history of being able to influence outcomes and senior stakeholders in situations where you don’t have direct line management. You have a growth mindset to your work; you operate in a consistent professional manner with a high level of business acumen whilst maintaining a strong strategic orientation.
You will also demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in leading member/customer related functions and/or programs of work
- Strong knowledge of financial services including lending, banking operations, risk, regulation and compliance
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
