Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads via outreach, member referrals, telephone inquiries, corporate and local outreach and community engagement.
- Ability to achieve and surpass all personal sales targets.
- Driving new member growth and sales for the club
- Support members journey and assist in member retention strategies.
- Connect with people and empower them to live an active lifestyle.
- Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and always adhere to company core values.
- Provide exceptional customer service that creates a positive environment not only for members but for the team as well.
- Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly, and ambitious personality.
- Have a can-do attitude to be able to complete all required tasks in a friendly efficient manner.

- We are looking for team members across Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Narre Warren, Doncaster, and Camberwell so flexibility is required to work across multiple sites is required.
- Must be available evenings and Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years sales experience preferred but not essential (we will train you)
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Fitness Industry, Hospitality or Customer Service experience highly regarded but not essential.
