About The Role
As one of our resident MC superstars, you will play a pivotal role in growing the TotalFusion brand by providing a premium service and introducing new members to the state of the art facilities we offer.
A confident multitasker and communicator, you will be required to actively seek and generate new leads within the community, often thinking outside of the box to share and convert health and fitness enthusiasts into new members.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Passionately sell our premium health and wellness packages to new members
- Confidently generate and manage new leads
- Consistently hit KPI targets
- Work within your team to achieve studio KPI’s
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and problem solve
- Keen understanding of sales and passion to push for results
- Current CPR and first aid certificate
