About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Membership Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness Scone! As a membership consultant, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day-to-day operations of the club. From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step into our club, genuinely caring about our members' health and fitness journey, and maintaining the operations of the club.
Work Hours:
Opportunity for approximately 17 hours per week.
- Monday: 10am - 2pm (4)
- Tuesday: 10am - 1pm (3)
- Thursday: 10am - 1pm (3)
- Friday: 10am - 5pm (7)
- No Weekends!
- Extra shifts and extended start/finish times may occur from time to time
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
- Build rapport and support the needs of potential and current members
- Help members who have lost their groove get back into it!
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Create a vibrant club culture
- Promote the club brand and image within the local community
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently
About You:
- Experience in a Customer Service role is preferred, but not essential
- Exceptional at communicating both in writing and verbally
- Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- A genuine desire for helping people along their health and wellbeing journey
- Be target-driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
- A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude
- Be well presented, professional & take pride in your workplace
- Friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally
Candidate Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (can be obtained on the job)
- Working With Children Check (can be obtained on the job)
- Police Check (can be obtained on the job)
- Fitness qualifications are desirable but not essential
