MEMBERSHIP SALES & FRONT OF HOUSE - Dominance MMA Bentleigh and Abbotsford.We have opportunities for enthusiastic and organised people, with a passion for health, fitness, and martial arts with our teams at both Bentleigh and Abbotsford!These roles require strong admin skills and customer service experience as well as a high level of attention to detail. Sales experience is a plus. We'd love to see candidates who have trained in martial arts themselves, but this is not a requirement.The role requires working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, so we'll be looking for evidence that you are self-motivated and a problem solver and capable of prioritising your tasks to get them done as efficiently as possible. You will be the face of the gym, helping new students navigate the start of their martial arts journey and existing students with any support they may need. The right candidate will enjoy the social and community-building aspects of the role and be able to balance engaging with members with the administrative and sales side of the role seamlessly.ABOUT DOMINANCEDominance MMA is one of Melbourne's premier mixed martial arts gyms focusing on Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, and wrestling for kids, teens, and adults. We are a family-run martial arts club that cares deeply about culture and the people that make the place, staff included.JOB DETAILSCasual role paying $28/hour Monday - Friday and $29/hour Saturday, Sunday and public holidays with room to move to part-time in the future for the right candidate.Bentleigh position (approx 28 hours): Monday & Wednesday 4-9:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-9:30pm, Friday 4-7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am-12:30pmAbbotsford position (approx 27 hours): Monday - Thursday 3:30-9:30 pm, Friday 5:30-8:30 pmThis role includes everything from Membership Sales and retention, administration support, customer service, cleaning, stock control, and daily gym management support.
