Community Services - Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre (AFAC)
Casual Rate of $35.90 per hour plus super (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
We are looking for Customer Service Officersand Sales and Memberships Officers to join the team.
What You Will Be Working On
As a Sales and Memberships Officer or Customer Service Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our members and customers. Your main responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers in person, via phone, and in writing.
Promoting AFAC's products, services, and memberships.
Building positive relationships with facility user groups and enforcing facility policies.
Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Managing retail stock inventory.
What are we looking for
We're seeking individuals with:
Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly.
Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
Possession of a valid National Police Certificate.
Current C class driver's licence.
