The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) is the collective and representative voice of past, present and future male and female elite domestic and international cricketers in Australia. At our core, ACA’s purpose is to be the champion of our members and the game.We are currently looking for a proactive Membership Services Manager on a fixed term (2 year) to lead the development and management of ACA’s Membership Services with a focus on strengthening member connection and ensuring consistency of member experiences.A critical responsibility of the role is to support the development of a strategy to further build strong relationships with members to increase engagement with programs/services of ACA, the game and the broader cricket community.Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Play a lead role in evolving the ACA’s membership and member services
- Lead membership projects including:
- Membership review
- Members Services review
- Service delivery model review
- Member listening strategy
- Manage the membership strategy - including retention and renewal, new member acquisition and member engagement
- Ensure delivery of member programs and services that support members in remaining connected to the ACA & the game including, but not limited to, Premier Cricket Program, Masters Program and Member Health Fair Days
- Liaise with ACA General Managers and CA on the identification, development and delivery of new initiatives, benefits and programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and eligible members, including pathway players, to understand their needs
- Represent ACA at various industry events, conferences, and other programs as required
- Track, assess and report on member satisfaction & feedback through annual surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience working in a membership-based organisation and managing membership processes and services
- Demonstrated experience in curating and delivering services for a membership base, or a similar stakeholder base with transferable relationship management
- Relevant experience leading and managing people
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of sporting sector and/or member associations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence people to build positive and mutually beneficial relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse cultures, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to work independently while part of a team
- Flexibility and high comfortability for ambiguity
